The streets echoed to the sound of Irish Music but the crowd was overwhelmingly foreign.
An estimated 12,000 tourists packed out pubs and concert venues in Dublin over the weekend for the Temple Bar Trad Fest.
Organisers of the annual event calculated that the wekend of Irish Traditional Music, dance, and storytelling brings in more than e6m for the venues and pubs between Dame Street and River Liffey.
"It's what kicks the year off really, so it really launches Temple Bar and the city on an International Stage," organiser Martin Harte said.
Sephira will be doing a live performance on Ireland's national radio station, RTE 1 on the John Murray Show between 9-10am on 24th Jan. Other performers on the show include "The Dubliners". This broadcast is in conjunction with Tradfest 2012, taking place in Dublin, Ireland 25th-28th Jan.
